Caloric intake- 1200
Exercise- 3 hours/day
I completely understand that many people would recommend that I don't do things this way because I won't be able to keep it up but...that's what I created this blog for. All of my followers are going to hold me responsible, and I don't intend to disappoint.
Also, I don't think that I've ever actually met a person who was able to adhere to such a strict plan, so I'm incredibly excited to see if I can be successful. You all will also benefit from seeing what happens when a person follows a plan like mine. I'm counting on rapid weight loss, but we'll see...Just a disclaimer, I've definitely informed myself. This diet will include a healthy mix of protein, carbohydrates, and fat. I will be combining low, moderate, and intense levels of cardio and strength training when I work out. I also promise that I will stop immediately if this plan begins to jeapordize my health in any way. I'm also in the process of putting together a maintenence program for when I lose the weight.
Speaking of losing the weight, my goal weight is 109 lbs. If I'm truly 100% happy with myself before I reach it, I'll stop, but as of right now, that's what I'm shooting for. According to the BMI chart, I am currently, at 5'3, in the overweight range at 25.6. Once I reach my goal of 109 lbs, I'll have a BMI of 19.3. I'm aware that that is on the lower end of the spectrum, but I have to take into account the fact that I have a technically small frame, very little muscle, and a lot of excess fat.
Anyway, I plan on updating my actual stats every Monday. In between weight updates, I'll be discussing different weight loss issues that will hopefully inform and generate discussion.
Until then...
Si
